ADMISSION INFORMATION
Admission shall be based on the marks secured in the online Entrance Test and Physical Personal Interview, subject to the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria and the rules of reservation.
Candidates belonging to following categories are exempted from appearing the Entrance Test, but need to appear Personal Interview.
Valid JRF in UGC-Net/UGC-CSIR NET.
Valid GATE/ GPAT.
M.Phil. Degree.
The following certificates (photocopy) are to be submitted along with online application
Date Birth (SSC/ Matriculation or Equivalent certificate).
All certificates and mark sheets from 10th standard onwards (including M.Phil. Degree if applicable).
JRF certificate in UGC-Net/UGC-CSIR NET/ ICMR/ICAR/ ICSR, if applicable.
Certificate/Score card of GATE/ GPAT/ SLET/ teacher Fellowship, if applicable.
The following Certificates (in original) are to be presented at the time of personal interview and admission for verification:
Date Birth (SSC/ Matriculation or Equivalent certificate).
All certificates and mark sheets from 10th standard onwards (including M.Phil. Degree if applicable).
JRF certificate in UGC-Net/UGC-CSIR NET/ ICMR/ICAR/ ICSR, if applicable.
Certificate/Score card of GATE/ GPAT/ SLET/ teacher Fellowship, if applicable.
Transfer and Conduct certificate from the Institute where the candidate last studied.
Migration Certificate (for candidates from other than the SOA Deemed to be University).
Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST candidates.
Medical Certificate from not below the rank of a Civil Surgeon in case of differently abled.
Physical Fitness certificate.
Service certificate and “No Objection” certificate from the present employer (for part-time candidates only).
(Originals of Conduct certificate, Migration certificate, Integrated community certificate, Medical Certificate, Physical Fitness certificate and No Objection Certificate are to be submitted along with photocopies)
